BestCoast Renovations dealt with all our requests, changes, stresses, etc., with professionalism, calmness, promptness, and a sense of humour. Albert, Patch, and their crew were excellent to work with. They explained every detail of the process and were very responsive to the questions we had along the way. Albert was a stickler with the schedule and details, while Patch ensured all the trades were kept on track.

They cleaned up the worksite every day, and the disruption to us was minimal, even though we lived in the house while the renovation was happening. The project was scheduled to take 8-9 weeks and was completed on time and on budget!

"Albert and his crew were very professional and they did an amazing job on my floors. My condo was especially challenging because it had lots of irregular angles and the subfloor was heavily damaged. We didn’t know the extent of the damage until we took up the old floor. The day they arrived they took this setback in stride and quickly assessed what they needed to repair it. Despite the obstacles they faced, they finished the job on time and the end result was a work of art. The floor is solid and the grains in the planks are lined up beautifully.
