We didn’t know the extent of the damage until we took up the old floor. The day they arrived they took this setback in stride and quickly assessed what they needed to repair it. Despite the obstacles they faced, they finished the job on time and the end result was a work of art. The floor is solid and the grains in the planks are lined up beautifully. Let’s start off with Alberts positive vibes ! From the day my husband and I met him to the very end of the project it was nothing but positive thoughts positive vibes ! Him and his crew worked so hard but always always had a smile on their faces ! Albert goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are supppeerrr happy !!! We started our Reno on a time frame and they pulled all day and weekends to complete the renovation. Alberts communication with the scope of work every week was awesome something I was looking for in a contractor. He always answered my calls(a lot of calls lol ) he always had answers he always smiled while talking to my husband and I. He is also a family guy! My 4 year old cant stop saying how Albert is the best builder lol. Their workmanship is just amazing. From demolition to putting everything together. His electrician plumber painter countertop guy were great ! From our brand new fireplace to our floors, stairs and finishing touches! Even after the Reno was done they made sure even the littlest imperfections were perfect ! I am sooo sooo happy with it all. They love working in a clean environment too ! Wow - what an amazing company to deal with. Our flooring looks absolutely perfect, and feels totally solid underfoot. Albert is so informative and experienced, and clearly wants what’s best for his clients. He is a perfectionist, and takes a lot of pride in his work. He made sure our floor was perfectly level on prep day, and even threw in an extra couple bags of floor levelling compound free of charge. On install day, he was so happy to give advice and tips on how to finish with baseboard etc. He’s also such a kind person, and so lovely to deal with.
